This lot comprises England Elizabeth I Shillings (5), sixpences (12), James
I shilling and sixpence, Charles I halfcrown, shilling and sixpence, Ireland
James I shilling and sixpence, France Henry IV quart d’ecu, Spain Philip III
eight reales (Peru), (2), four reales (Seqouia and Peru) and two reales
(Seqouia) and Portugal Philip II and III meio tostao. With correspondence
from Dr R.H.M. Dolley of the British Museum 1954-55, and copies of a
printed paper Dolley wrote on the find. Fair to very fine, generally about
fine. (32 coins from the original find of 58 in 1954)
