The Beatles autographs, 1963 television
appearance
John Lennon, “Ringo Starr XXX”, “The Beatles love Paul
McCartney XXX” and George Harrison XXX” on pieces of a
magazine they signed for the present owner, then aged 15,
on the set of Thank Your Lucky Stars, the first pop chart show
on British television. This was The Beatles first appearance on
the show, and only their second on any television
programme. The autographs on pieces of paper are stuck
down in a small autograph book which also includes others
who were on the show - Del Shannon, Mike Berry, The
Vernons Girls. On other pages are the cast of the film Lord
Jim - Jack Hawkins, Jean Gordon, Jack McGowran etc.

Autographed paper, folded in three, clipped corners and adhesive
tape stains just touching two signatures; ticket torn, creased, weak;
booklet cover soiled slightly, very good.
