Acquired from a former soldier in the Royal Green Jackets, who had served in Northern Ireland. Exhibited Rody McCorley Museum, on long-term loan up to February 2018. The Green Book is a training and induction manual issued by the Irish Republican Army to new volunteers. It was used by the post- Irish Civil War IRA. Cumann na mBan and the Provisional IRA (PIRA). It includes a statement of military objectives, tactics and conditions for military victory against the British government.
