Flemming Christoffersen

Born in Copenhagen, Christofersen has been living and working as a
professional in the art world in Ireland since 1968. In his native Denmark
he studied Graphic Design and Illustration at the Copenhagen Institute of
Art. After he arrived in Dublin he worked as an Art Director for several
advertising agencies but since the late 1980s has focused on his painting
whilst working freelance as an illustrator. He has exhibited with the Oisín
Gallery in Dublin since 2003 and has featured regularly in their shows as
well as with other prominent galleries in Ireland for a number of years.
