Apparently the only edition of this scarce collection of observations on
education by a maid-of-honour to Queen Victoria and strong advocate of
the Children’s Friend Society. Ms Murray also planned and collected
money for a College for Women, later amalgamated into Queen’s College,
London.

headbands, but the binding strong and otherwise, a bright, fresh
copy in original state.
An extremely clever poem ridiculing the whig administration of the day,
the most successful of the political satires by this noted Cork wit: it ran to
some nineteen editions and provided the name by which that government
is still known. Byron alludes to the work in English Bards and Scotch
Reviewers (ll. 741–6).
