With a 3-page ‘advertisement’ by the Irish editor, dated from Chancery-
lane, Dublin, June 1st, 1789. Kelyng (1607-71), judge and politician,
left a manuscript collection of reports, part of which was published by
the direction of Sir John Holt. “It is a valuable collection of Cases upon
Crown Law, although the author was more than suspected of improper
and arbitrary proceedings as a Judge. ” – Marvin 436.
