Manuscript, 4pp, folio, detailing charges of “outrage” by Theophilus Perkins, an officer of Yeomanry and a Mr. Craven on the house of Reverend Humphry Minchin in Carlow. The charges refer to breaking Reverend Minchin’s windows. Includes a printed affidavit form signed by Martin Fereter.
