(62.2 by 47cm) Provenance: Collection of Theo McNab Presented in their original David Hendriks Gallery frames. The present works are artist’s proof from a portfolio of nine screenprints entitled Cardinations printed in 1974 by Maurel Studios, New York in an edition of 75 and published by Brooke Alexander, Inc., New York. A complete collection of this portfolio among other works by the artist can be found in the collection of MOMA. Her work has formed part of numerous exhibitions at MOMA including most recently, ‘Making Space: Women Artists and Postwar Abstraction’, 15 April to 13 August 2017. The Cardinations portfolio was also recently shown at ‘Jo Baer’, Museum Ludwig, Cologne from 25 May to 25 August 2013.
