Complete with printed map illustrating the areas of fighting in Dublin. Published by the Weekly Irish Times. Copy owned by Thomas Francis Read. Thomas F. Read was one of the five named Hibernian Bank managers on whom a summons to appear in the Police Court was served in March 1920 in an attempt to seize Sinn Fein funds on deposit. The author of the summons was Resident Magistrate Alan Bell, from Banagher, who was assassinated as a result of his investigation. The summons served on Read was sold by Whytes on 13 March 2016, lot 363.
