(61 by 45.7cm) Provenance: Acquired by the present owner from the artist’s family Norah McGuinness was at the peak of her artistic career in the 1950s, having represented Ireland at the Venice Biennale in 1950, with very successful exhibitions in Dublin and London, and was made HRHA in 1957.
