Aged in Oloroso Sherry butts for 25 years and finished for one year in a port pipe at the Old Midleton Distillery. William Maxwell Crockett was the Master Distiller at the Old Midleton Distillery up to his retirement in 1975. He was succeeded by his son Barry. This whiskey was distilled by him in 1973.
