(29.8 by 21cm) Exhibited: Shown as part of the film ‘Confinement’ in the Kings Inns, the Dublin Film Festival, the Irish Film Institute, 2019 Trish McAdam began making films in the 1980s with audiovisuals, including NEWYORK and HEROIN, screened at pre- music gigs. Co-Founder of the Ha’Penny film Club, Temple Bar Studios, a number of shorts followed, super8 and 16mm, including THE DRIP. 1997, her first feature, SNAKES AND LADDERS, screened at Sundance, Toronto. McAdams then made a number of documentaries including HOODWINKED about Irish women since 1922, now housed by the IFI as THE HOODWINKED COLLECTION. Since 2009, she has made a number of charcoal animations including ROUGHTIME, STRANGERS OF KINDNESS, and in 2016 had her first solo show in the Butler Gallery. CONFINEMENT (2019), a timespace map, screened in the Dublin Film Festival 2019 and in a May 2019 Irish Film Institute season of her films. €500-€700 (£450-£640 approx.)
