Provenance: Daniel Egan, Dublin; Private collection Cecilia Loane, probably born in 1895, was a painter of portraits and still life subjects. She was a student at the Metropolitan School of Art during the 1919-20 academic year and exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy in 1925, Flowers (no. 96), giving her address as the family home: 11, Upper Columba’s Road, Drumcondra, Dublin. €300-€500 (£270-£450 approx.)
