Irish 6th (Inniskilling) Dragoons Victorian Albert pattern helmet plate circa 1847-71. A scarce example. Within brass sprays of laurel and oak, a crowned rococo shield mounted by a brass star bearing oval brass strap inscribed ‘Inniskilling Dragoon’; VR Cypher to centre. Three of screw posts to reverse.
