Addressed to “the Masters of His Majesty’s Ships Victory, Royal Sovereign and Seahorse”, concerning “rotten stinking” barrel of pork and its inspection and return to shore. Also signed by Vice Admiral Alexander John Scott. Signed “Nelson + Bronte”, a year before the Battle of Trafalgar. Attractively contained in a blue cloth folder with inscription and silhouette of Nelson in gilt.
