Leitrim) to “Sir John”, also 1890 parchment appointing Charles Gore Tottenham Commisioner of The Peace in County Westmeath, with Victoria black wax seal. Condition: The 1663 (7 January) letter very legible but address panel soiled and illegible, very good, the 1663 (7 December) letter distressed and only partially legible, pasted down to tissue paper, fair, the 1890 parchment fine.
