304 282 Kathleen Cox (1904-1972) LAVENDER MAN [MICHAEL CLIFFORD, DUBLIN], 1930s ceramic titled and with artist’s monogram at base 9.75 by 4 by 4.25in. (24.8 by 10.2 by 10.8cm) Some dust visible in crevases. Otherwise very good condition. In 1932, artist Kathleen Cox began producing figurines, drawing influence from the Royal Doulton Burslem factory, where she worked for a time.
