(53.3 by 40.6cm) Frame Dimensions: 28 by 23in. (71.1 by 58.4cm) Provenance: Whyte’s, 12 December 2011, lot 172; Whence purchased by the present owner This painting would have come from the artist’s studio, possibly some time in the 1960s. There are several works belonging to this period painted before she went to London to study under Walter Sickert.
