128 History 240 1920 (20 November). Public Notice poster declaring a curfew, cancelled. Ordered by Major-General Boyd but with a note on reverse by RIC Inspector D. Kerr stating that the poster was cancelled and those put up were taken down by the police. Condition: Several tears, heavy folds, small piece missing. Recorded by Guy Goltterman as part of his Nations Forum to record the voices of prominent leaders worldwide. The three speeches by De Valera are Recognition Of The Republic of Ireland, Saint Patrick’s Day Message and Memorial Address Terence MacSwiney. Each speech is on one side, the other side plays Irish orchestral music. Rare. Condition: One with light scratches, otherwise fine.
