288 Coins 557 Florin, 1943. The rarest issued Irish coin. Extremely rare and desirable. 1943 was the final year that Irish .750 fine silver coinage was struck in England at the Royal Mint. The Central Bank sent the silver coins that were minted with 1943 date to be smelted. It is believed that only one £100 bag of 1,000 coins went into circulation, from which only 60 are recorded in collections. 11.08g Condition: Fine/about fine.
