(55.9 by 43.8cm) Kevin Simms was born in Kilcock, County Kildare, and is a self-taught artist. He is best known for his scenes of old Dublin buildings, exhibiting these work regularly with WCSI and the RHA. Simms was a friend of both George Campbell and Arthur Armstrong and painted with them in the West of Ireland along with Gerard Dillon. €200-€300 (£170-£260 approx.)
