(26.7 by 17.8cm) Frame Size: 17 by 13.25in. (43.2 by 33.7cm) Kevin Simms was born in Kilcock, County Kildare, and is a self-taught artist. He is best known for his scenes of old Dublin buildings, exhibiting these work regularly with WCSI and the RHA. Simms was a friend of both George Campbell and Arthur Armstrong and painted with them in the West of Ireland along with Gerard Dillon. €150-€200 (£130-£170 approx.)
