Pen and ink in a scrapbook of cuttings concerning the Treaty talks, up to the funeral of Arthur Griffith, compiled by Ellie Lyons, one of Collins’s secretaries. The cartoon features Collins in his Homburg hat, the word “ogs” (Collins pronunciation of (‘eggs’) and “On With The Work”, a favourite saying of Collins. 7.25 by 9in.
