The team included Christy Ring and Jack Lynch. The score was Cork 2-6 Limerick 2-3. The Cork team comprised Tom Mulcahy, Willie “Long Puck” Murphy, Con Murphy, Din Joe Buckley, Paddy O’Donovan, Alan Lotty, Jim Young, Jack Lynch, Con Cottrill, Sean Condon (Captain), Christy Ring, Con Murphy, Mossy O’Riordan, Gerry O’Riordan, Joe Kelly. Cork lost the Final to Kilkenny by one point. Very fine, pin added to reverse. Condition: A few faults, mainly very good.
