The letter in Casement’s hand on blind stamped paper of the British Consul, Congo Independent State, is to Mrs Fennell about her paper on Primary Education, dated 23 June 1904, 4 pages, 8 by 5 inches. The report is from the Select Committee on the Putomayo Atrocities, 24 pages, 13 by 8 inches, recently bound in half calf and marbled boards.
