A 4 page typescript copy of the letter from the Minister of the Legation of The USA, Dublin, David Gray, in which he critisises the Cardinal for describiing “United States troops in Northern Ireland as over-running the Country against the will of the Nation”. He also criticises the IRA and the Irish Government, with the exception of the ‘brave and energetic Minister for Justice’. 10 by 8in.
