Manuscript Indenture on vellum dated 10 May 1844 relating to lands in Tipperary, Lorenzo Clutterbuck to Henry Langley and John Cornwall, assignment of a charge, Robert Bailie and Robert Hemphill (Solicitor), stamped and sealed, memorial on reverse signed Morgan O’Connell. With documents relating to the Clutterbuck, Pennefather and Portarlington estates, 19th c., also a rental list with tenants’ names for Richview (property of R.J.H. Garner, a minor, 1860s) and letters relating to Lorenzo Clutterbuck, John Cornwall, the Earl of Glengall etc., early 1800s Condition: Full vellum sheets, folded, some stained and soiled, still good for reference.
