Cast iron plaque affixed to walls of barracks and stations in the Irish free State, replacing those of the Royal Irish Constabulary. Scarce 12 by 12in. (30.5 by 30.5cm) Condition: Retains much original paint, some oxidisation, overall good, mounted to a wooden board.. Believed to have come from a barracks in Kanturk, Co.
