[1936]. 1949 reissue. Starring Otto Kruger, Gloria Holden and

Marguerite Churchill. THe sequel to the very successful Dracula

(1931) which starred Bela Lugosi. Lugosi was originally to star

in this film but was dropped in favour of Kruger. Dracula's

Daughter was not as successful as the original upon its release,

although it was generally critically well-reviewed. In the

intervening decades, criticism has been deeply divided. Linen

backed.
