A signed letter dated 12th November, 1958 from Jimmy Cagney: “Dear
Mr. O’Sullivan, - Thanks very kindly for your good wishes. We have had all
kinds of good luck in the shooting over here, and I am sure much of it
can be attributed to the kind thoughts of the people on your side of the
Ocean who have written to us. - Thanks again and all the best. - Sincerely
- J. Cagney.” Signed in blue ballpoint on Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin
notepaper. Cagney filmed “Shake Hands with the Devil” on location in
