Partially printed document on vellum, approved and signed by Napoleon, regarding the fate of Jean Baptiste Morin,

soldier, who had deserted his regiment but was shown mercy and not the full rigour of the law”. Signed “Napol”.”

In overall very good condition, Some fading of the ink accross the document; the Napoleon signature has faded to

brown but is still clearly legible. Creasing across the entire document. Small tear to lower margin.
