An attractive Irish thread cross-stich on linen sampler by "Margaret
Adams, 18 Belfast Street", with a verse of the hymn 'Day of
judgment, Day of wonders' by John Newton incorporated into the
design. Framed. 15 x 10in. (38.10 x 25.40cm)

19th Century (Irish School) views of Collon Village Co. Louth
1817 three views (2 watercolour, 1 pencil) of Collon Church and
Village framed uniformly. Collon church was designed by the Revd
Daniel Augustus Beaufort (1739-1821), who was the Rector of Collon
from 1789 and 1821. It was built in 1811-1813 in the Tudor
perpendicular gothic style and took inspiration from the chapel of
King’s College, Cambridge. 5.50 x 8.25in. (13.97 x 20.96cm)

John Power and Son documents with draft lease of Drury Street
premises, correspondence from the Irish Land Commission relating to
evictions, Kilmainham malicious injury claims, number of Junction
Railways documents and correspondence, Sealey family wills and
documents, Meade family documents include estate documents,
assignment documents of Abourfield, Dundrum, Kenney's Estate
Monaghan, title to lands in Wexford, assignment of house and
premises in Grafton Street, Dublin dated 1825, Ailesbury Road Dublin
lease documents etc. An excellent assortment, with the potential for
much further research (100s)

Metal deed box with the name of Mrs. Hercules MacDonnell full of
documents and correspondence relating to the same Dublin solicitor.
Including marriage settlements between Dobbs and Sealy families.
Claims and documents relating to the estates of Sir Abraham Sutton,
Isabella M. Domville, Frances Redmond, Thomas Richard Holland etc.
Irish Land Commission documents, items relating to the Lind family
of Eyrefield Lodge, Curragh, Co. Kildare, newspapers, insurance
documents, large numbers of letters etc. Worthy of further research.
