An 1854 pattern ‘Gothic-Hilted’ British Army officer’s sword, the guard
with regimental badge of The Louth Rifles. The blade etched with George
V cypher, Louth Rifles badge, retailer’s brand for Sexton, Dawson St.,
Dublin and foliate etching. The fishskin grip with twisted wire bindings.
In steel scabbard.
