River Blackwater.
Various legal documents, in clerks’ hands, relating to tresspass on the river and drift netting; eight
injunctions served on Youghal fishermen, postmarked Youghal, January 11, 1884 and marked ‘Not
Known’; a map of the portion of the River Blackwater over which the Devonshires hold fishing rights;
an appeal judgement of the House of Lords in respect of Wm. Neill and Ml. Fenton vs. Wm. Duke of
Devonshire. Also includes Acts of Parliament relating to railways in the South East of Ireland. (22)
