(58.4 by 58.4cm) Provenance: Donated by Walkers Solicitors to Business to Arts; Thence to the Butler Gallery Peter Monaghan graduated from the National College of Art and Design in the 1970s, has his own graphic design business and worked as an art lecturer in the Dun Laoghaire College of Art. For the past decade he has been producing distinctive and highly sought-after art pieces. Monaghan has received many awards for his creations in packaging, graphics and industrial design. He has designed a number of catalogues for the National Gallery of Ireland, the Hugh Lane Gallery of Municipal Art and the Irish Museum of Modern Art.
