(45.7 by 71.1cm) Provenance: Acquired directly from the artist c.1990 The present work - which depicts the artist’s cousin - was part of O’Neill’s degree show and was executed circa 1986 before he moved to Ireland. In the early 1990s it was a prize-winner in the Arnott’s National Portrait Awards Exhibition.
