Includes arrangements made for the press including telecommunications, liaison with the Garda, and catering. The latter includes a request from Monsignor Horan of Knock for Guinness to provide beer and stout for the journalists which was at first agreed and then shot down -”Only tea, coffee, sandwiches etc. will be supplied on a cash basis. it was feared too many non- media freeloaders would have access to the bar”.
