A bust of McCormack left with motifs of an angel, round tower, Orpheus, an eagle with “SERVICE HONOR” banner, engraved “ A Tribute to John McCormack in recognition of his patriotic service to the United States, etc.”. In its original leather case with a plaque reading “Presented to Mr McCormack at a banquet given in his honor.....at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York”The plaque made by Malcom *& Hayes, the leather case by Keybolt & Company.
