(30.5 by 40.6cm) Provenance: Acquired directly from the artist. Condition: Excellent. With artist’s note onreverse: “This depicts the S.F. (Kevin S.) meeting on The Curragh 12/8/73 when they (S.F.) marched to greet internees in Curragh Camp. Gardaí and soldiers with barbed wire blocked them, so after setting fire to the furze as a signal to the prisoners they held their meeting just off the road. It’s history now.
