1936 (July). Architectural drawings for com-

memorative doors at St. Canice’s Cathedral,

Kilkenny, by Richard Caulfield Orpen.

Ink and watercolour detailed drawings on one sheet

by the elder brother of Sir William Orpen, attractively

framed. Also with this lot an unframed drawing in pencil

and wash of the baptistry of Maymo Church in Burma.

parliamentary papers including 1937 Constitu-

tion.

Also includes amendments and other printed material

relating to the Constitution and related acts such as The

External Relations Act, dating from 1920 Government

of Ireland to 1967 Report of The Committee on The

Constitution. Many with SEAN MACBRIDE stamp, some

with his signature, and some with annotations in his

hand. Also includes a letter from the Chief Justice en-

closing the Chief Justice’s own copy of the Constitution.
