H.C.’ 9 carat gold by Hopkins and Hopkins. Also silver Meath Minor
Championship medals awarded to Erin’s Own for 1931, 1933 (2) and 1935
and National Athletic and Cycling Association medals for 1934 awarded to

Hurling. Munster Final gold medal to Limerick, 1921.
9ct. gold by Egan, Cork, hallmarked 1922. The match was played in June
1922. Limerick went on to win the 1921 All Ireland which wasn’t played
until March 1923 because of the Civil War. Limerick beat Cork in the
Munster Final, Galway in the All Ireland semi-final, and Dublin in the Final.
Scarce medal from these tumultous times, with the matches played through
the War of Independence and the Civil War.
