A 16 ounce bottle of Dunville’s Three Crowns “Special Liqueur” Whisky
Dunville’s Three Crowns Whisky was distilled in Belfast from the 1870s
until its demise in the 1930s. Good examples of this whiskey are
extremely scarce. This example was part of a few cases left in a bonded
warehouse in Belfast from the 1940s until their rediscovery a decade ago.
This consignment was tested by whiskey expert Jim Murray, who
described it as “Beautiful, very intact”. A unique opportunity to taste a
drop of Irish distilling history. See also lot 116
