A classic example with ribbed wooden grips and quillon. Non-maker

marked and housed in a black painted scabbard with a metal belt loop.

Rusting to the scabbard, otherwise in good used condition.

A rifle with fixed bayonet superimposed on an oval oak-leaf wreath

surmounted by an eagle and swastika. Maker marked to the reverse L/56

with vertical pin and catch. A good used die-cast example retaining most

of its original silver finish.

Wehrmacht/Waffen SS Infantry Assault Badge (silver).

A rifle with fixed bayonet superimposed on an oval oak-leaf wreath

surmounted by an eagle and swastika. Maker marked to the reverse with

the letter ‘ W’ within a circle and with a vertical pin and catch. A used

die-cast example with little of the original finish remaining and some

discolouring.

Wehrmacht/Waffen SS Tank Battle Badge (Silver).

An approaching Panzer Tank within an oval oak-leaf wreath surmounted

by an eagle and swastika. Awarded to Panzer-Grenadiers and medical

personnel. Maker marked to the reverse “A S” within a triangle. Flat

backed type with a vertical pin and catch. Retains almost all of the

original silver finish which has become very dull. Very good used

condition.

An approaching Panzer Tank within an oval oak-leaf wreath surmounted

by an eagle and swastika. Awarded to Panzer-Grenadiers and medical

personnel. Non maker marked with vertical pin and catch. A good used

die-cast example retaining approximately 60/70% of the original bronze

finish.

by and eagle and swastika. Awarded to Panzer-Grenadiers and medical

personnel. Non maker marked with a vertical pin and catch. A used die-

cast example which has suffered significant damage to the left side of

the wreath and eagle.

Crossed bayonet and stick grenade below an eagle and swastika all within

an oval oak-leaf wreath. Non maker marked with a vertical pin and catch.

Good used condition retaining almost all of the original silver finish.

Wehrmacht/Waffen SS close combat clasp (bronze).

Crossed bayonet and stick grenade surmounted by an eagle and swastika

all within an oak-leaf square flanked on each side by oak-leaves. A die-

cast example retaining most of the original bronze finish. To the reverse a

horizontal broad pin (with a hole drilled) which has been crudely soldered

to the remains of the catch. Maker marked ‘R S’ (Rudolf Souval) the

letters are the more rounded type associated with early post war

production as opposed to the more angular letters used during the war. It

is missing the backing plate.

A U-Boat within an oval oak-leaf wreath surmounted by an eagle and

swastika. Non maker marked with a flat broad vertical pin and catch. A

used die-cast example of the later version which has lost most of the

original gilt finish.

An approaching destroyer at sea in silver/grey within an oval gilt oak-leaf

wreath surmounted by an eagle and swastika. Non maker marked with a

vertical pin and catch. A good used die-cast example retaining most of

the original finish.

An exploding mine at sea within a gilt oval oak-leaf wreath surmounted

by an eagle and swastika. Maker marked ‘Fec. Otto Placzek Berlin Ausf.

Schwerin Berlin’ with broad vertical pin without the catch. A good used

die-cast example retaining most of the original gilt but with an over all

dull finish.

Kriegsmarine Blockade Breakers Badge (silver and grey).

An approaching grey coloured Merchant ship at sea with a silver eagle

and swastika on the bow breaking a circular silver binding chain. Maker

marked ‘Fec. Otto Placzek Berlin Ausf. Schwerin Berlin’ with vertical

broad flat pin and catch. A very good used example retaining most of the

original silver and grey finish.

A miniature Kriegsmarine Blockade Breakers Badge (silver and grey).

An approaching grey coloured Merchant ship at sea with a silver eagle

and swastika on the bow breaking a circular silver binding chain. This

example is half the diameter of the full size award retaining almost all of

the original silver and grey finish and mounted on a vertical stick pin.

Very good condition.

A grey approaching battleship within a gilt oval oak-leaf wreath

surmounted by an eagle and swastika. Maker marked ‘Fec. Adolf Bock

Ausf. Schwerin Berlin’ with a vertical broad flat pin and catch. A good

used die-cast example with loss of the grey colour to the battleship but

retaining most of the original gilt finish.

A coastal artillery piece within a gilt oval oak-leaf wreath surmounted by

an eagle and swastika. Non maker marked with a vertical pin and catch.

A used die-cast example of the later zinc version which has lost almost

all of the original finish giving an over all grey colour.
