1787 Incitement to fight a duel with pistols.
An afidavit wherby Henry Bunbury asserts that Thomas Byrne of
Rathdaniel wickedly and unlawfully did endevour to provoke and incite
Henry Bunbury Esquire to fight a duel against him the said Thomas
Byrne with pistolls with intent to kill and murder the said Henry
Bunbury to the Evil Example of all others...””
