1798. Major Fitzgerald’s Leinster Rangers cross belt
plate.
A polished brass oval convex cross belt plate engraved to the centre with
a crown over Maid of Erin harp 17” and “98” left and right, ribbons
inscribed above and below “MAJOR FITZGERALD”and “LEINSTER
RANGERS”, partial hook and pair of fixing studs to reverse, small piece
chipped at top. Extremely Rare.”
