1900. Skerries - Holmpatrick Estate: Schedule of
Expiring Leases
Compiled by George H. Fowler. A manuscript record with details of all
of the expiring leases in Lord Holmpatrick’s Skerries estate in 1900. Each
entry contains name of current tenant, expiry date, proposed lessee,
rent, term of lease and notes pertaining to various aspects of changes in
the leases or the property in question over many years. The information
contained covers many years from the time the leases were originally
