A silver and enamel medal the obverse with Michael

Collins in Free State Army uniform before an enamel

tricolour and the GPO, the reverse with portraits of the

signatories of the 1916 Proclamation. Numbered 028

of 499. Together with a gilt metal medal, the obverse

with Collins before the GPO, the reverse with a stylised

signing of the treaty. (2)
