Black Cat Press, Dublin, in association with Faber and Faber, London, 1986. Profusely illustrated with

photographs by David H. Davison; text by Eoin O’Brien. Copy no. 55 of the limited and specially bound

edition of 250 numbered and 10 lettered copies signed by Beckett. Oblong quarto, bound in full grey

goatskin with a gilt vignette designed by Robert Ballagh depicting the larch tree emblem of Beckett’s

childhood on upper board. Yellow watered silk endpapers and matching slipcase, with the Ballagh device

repeated in blind. A truly lovely publication.
