A rare complete set of these interesting and well produced manuals, “Militargeographiske Angaben uber Irland”, published by Generalstab des Heeres, Berlin. Includes a gazeteer, an illustrated booklet with 121 images of Ireland, 6 large maps, etc. Printed card wrappers. Inscribed “CPL T Harwood” - possibly a British soldier who found it in Germany. Condition: Slight tears on some wrappers, otherwise fine. Includes notes on German forces Anti-Tank weapons, heavy machine gun units, signals and sabotage behind the lines in Poland. Condition: Covers slightly soiled, edge bumps, overall very good. Eisenhower”, with accompanying letter from Colonel Ernest R. Lee, on headed paper - Headquarters, US Forces, European Theater, Office of the Commanding General.
