Poster “WEATHER FORECAST - A CHALLENGE TO ALL ASTRONOMERS” Black on green, issued by P. Cullen, “Star of the Weather”, Observatory, Ruan, Co. Clare. Condition: Folded, some slight splitting, edge stains and small tears, very good. Cullen was a well known eccentric character from Ruan, Co. Clare, who died in Corofin in 1919. He organised dramas, jousts, concerts and other entertainments but his main activity was weather forecasting.
